1. PURCHASE Of $25.00 or more in merchandise within the Rugged Rider Store and/or Products page is necessary to qualify.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Rugged Rider Multi-Tool giveaway is open to those who join the Rugged Rider eList, purchase $25 of merchandise and are 18 years of age or older.

3. TIMING: The Giveaway begins on 6/05/09 and ends on 11/05/09.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, fill in all requested information to sign up for the eList at www.ruggedrider.com. Entry must be accurately completed or will be voided.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about 11/05/09, a winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

7. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email or phone within about five days of drawing. Winner will be posted on website if he/she so chooses.

8. CONDITIONS: In the event that the giveaway is infected by a computer virus/worm, or is not capable of running or being executed as planned (as a result of but not limited to an error, omission, defect, delay, misdirection, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, or technical failure) Rugged Rider reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the giveaway.
